STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These terms serve as a general framework and should be reviewed and customized as needed.

1. General Applicability
   The client expressly waives the application of their own general terms and conditions, even if submitted after the present terms. Any exception to these conditions must be agreed upon in writing and in advance by Techverse.
2. Payment Terms
   All invoices issued by Techverse are payable within 21 working days, unless a different term is explicitly stated on the invoice or order. In the event of late payment, Techverse reserves the right to apply a fixed late payment interest of 10% on the outstanding balance. Services may be suspended without prior notice in case of delayed payment.
3. Debt Collection
   If payment is overdue by more than 60 days, Techverse reserves the right to refer the matter to a debt collection agency. All related legal and administrative costs shall be borne by the client.
4. International Taxation
   In cases where local legislation requires withholding tax on invoice payments, such taxes are the sole responsibility of the client and must be paid directly to the relevant tax authorities. Techverse will not cover or deduct any such costs from the invoiced amount, which remains fully payable.
5. Service Commitment
   Techverse strives to provide high-quality services within agreed timelines but does not guarantee specific results. Techverse shall not be held liable or required to act as a third party in any legal action taken by an end consumer against the client.
6. Claims and Complaints
   All claims related to delivered goods or services must be submitted in writing via registered mail to Techverse’s registered address within 8 days of delivery or service completion to be considered valid.
7. Governing Law
   All agreements and transactions with Techverse are governed exclusively by the laws of the Syrian Arab Republic.
